Programs

This class teaches basic yoga poses, which will strengthen/tone muscles and enhance flexibility as well as balance. Basic breathing and meditation techniques will be taught to remove toxins, reduce stress and improve attention span. This is not an Introduction to Yoga. Some yoga experience is preferred, although beginners are still welcome.
