Programs
This class will alternate weeks between Yin, Gentle and Basic yoga. Yin will increase flexibility by loosening the fascia, while holding poses for extended period of time and use breathing techniques with meditation to do so teaches basic yoga poses with modifications and uses blocks, straps, and bolsters for support. Gentle Yoga will enhance flexibility, balance, and muscle tone with gentle stretching. Basic yoga will enhance attention span, balance, and flexibility. It will also strengthen and tone the core, arm, and leg muscles with yoga poses. This is not an Introduction to Yoga, although beginners are welcome.
