Programs
This class provides a non-judgmental space for kids to build confidence, strength, balance, and flexibility while also practicing mindfulness and having fun at the same time. Classes will incorporate yoga poses, meditation, breathwork, and deep relaxation through games, songs, stories, and occasional crafts. Prior yoga experience is not necessary. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat (recommended).
