Programs

Ballet II is the second level of ballet technique classes. This class is for students entering their second or third year of classical ballet training. New and slightly more challenging skills are introduced with an emphasis on tempo, counting music, and connecting movements with grace & balance. During the Summer Ballet II Combo students focus on ballet technique along with other genres of dance which include jazz, tap, or lyrical styles. During the school year Ballet II is a ‘stand-alone’ class and often students elect to add-on the Jazz & Tap II class after getting a taste of it during the summer session. Standard dress code. Black leotard (no skirt), pink tights & pink leather ballet slippers. Hair in a bun.
