Programs
Purpose: Give students success with fundamental skills. Some skills covered include front and back glide, roll from front to back float for 5 seconds, tread water using arm and leg motions, push off and swim using combined stroke on front and back.

Swimming in an open water environment can feel very different from a pool. Even strong swimmers may need time to adjust to the natural conditions of our lakefront, including waves, depth changes, and colder water. Course descriptions should be used as a guide when selecting a level. Please read them carefully to choose the best fit for your child’s current skill set. If a student does not meet the course requirements and space is not available in a lower-level class, they may be removed from the class. We cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.
